whoranging at the eames office

on saturday, steve and i boogied on down to the eames office on pico blvd. to pick up my coveted prize.

we had never been to the office, so to step foot inside the world of ray & charles's furnished wonderland was a dream come true.  everything from fine molded plywood chairs and elephants to multi-colored storage units and shell chairs filled the floors.

our favorite gal, roz, showed us around, posed for some pix, and presented me with the "great legs" eames print.

if you haven't been down to the eames office, i suggest a field trip pronto.  it's the real deal, people.  the office offers an educational space with rotating exhibitions, photography, and artifacts from the eames family collection.

both exhibits on display until july 17, 2008.
